Our staff are happy to assist you with coverage claims with all plans. At Infinity Eycare + Optical, we accept most major vision and medical insurance plans, and are happy to assist you in understanding what coverage you have and how best to maximize your benefits. Please do not hesitate to ask us about any insurance questions you may have.
In order to improve your experience with us, please let us know about your insurance coverage when making an appointment and we will do our best to get you pre-approved prior to your visit. And don’t forget to bring your most recent vision and medical insurance cards, and the social security number or member ID of the insurance’s primary account holder. We are here to help you with any of your insurance needs.
